Brown Combinations

  1. Round kick, hook kick, side kick (keep leg in the air for all three), back punch.
  2. 360 degree side kick, back leg round, turn hook kick, back punch, front ridge hand, back punch.
  3. 360 degree round kick, turn side kick, back round kick, back punch, front ridge hand, back ridge hand.

Brown Form

Part 1

  • Start in attention position (12 o’clock). Bring fists up and cross them in front, step left as you bring your hands to ready position, slide feet together as you bring the right fist and the left flat hand together, step back brush block left hand, knife block left hand, Chop right hand.
  • 3 side kicks (low, medium, high) (3 o’clock)
  • Left knife block (9 o’clock), shuffle: left high block right low block.
  • Side block right (12 o’clock) punch left.
  • Chop left (9 o’clock),
  • High block left, right punch (12 o’clock), stack left, right chop, grab and pull in, side kick, palm heel left, step: left knife block, step: chop right, spin chop left, low and high knife blocks.
  • Face (3 o’clock), feet together, grab right, step and punch left.
  • Scoop (9 o’clock).
  • Side block right (12 o’clock) punch left.
  • Chop left (9 o’clock)
  • High block left, right punch (12 o’clock).
  • Stack (9 o’clock) back leg kick, punch left, slide feet together, grab right, punch left.
  • Scoop 3 o’clock. Skip front kick right, jump hook kick right, skip sidekick right.

 

Part 2

  • Left knife block (10 o’clock), spin hook kick right, side block left, punch right.
  • Knife block (4 o’clock), double down strike x-stance, shuffle x-stance back-fist right.
  • Knife block right (2 o’clock), Spin hook kick left, side block right, punch left.
  • Left knife block (8 o’clock), double down strike x-stance, shuffle x-stance back-fist left.
  • Brush block low left (10 o’clock), right spear hand.
  • Brush block low right (2 o’clock), left spear hand.
  • X block high (12 o’clock). flying side kick right.
  • Left knife block (6 o’clock), chop right, spin chop left, low and high knife blocks.
  • Double knife blocks (12 o’clock and 6 o’clock)
  • Step back right foot brush block low left (12 o’clock), right spear hand, right round kick, left chop, right hammer fist down.

 


One Steps

  1. (attacker punches twice) Right hand push, left hand push, knee, elbow, elbow.
  2. (attacker punches twice) Left knife block, right knife block, sweep right leg, punch.
  3. Left knife block, right chop, take down over right leg, punch.
